Greetings Dear Friends,

A couple of weeks ago, I suffered the loss of my brother Johnny, the last surviving immediate family member I had alive. He suffered a long and dehabilitating illiness, to which he finally surrendered to at the last! For this reason, I am temperarily withdrawing from LGDR II and WotR for about a month or so, so that I may put all of my rabbits back in one bag, so to speak!!

My extended family and I will be holding a Memorial Service for Johnny, on March 9th ...

Hi All

I’m looking forward to this new game but would like some help; I have had an interest in WOTRs for a wile, being from Yorkshire and wargaming it for the past couple of years, the problem I have found it hard to find good source books / reference pages in order to find what side I would have been on had I been around at the time.

I idea is simple if I was born in the same place as I was only 600 years earlier and lived in the same village who would have been my feudal over lord ...

The first lesson I learnt was that movement is much slower than I had estimated. It's a long jump for a 21st century surveyor being used to internet and airflights to get accustomed to communications in the 15th century, I guess. The value of a groat will also take a while to get used to. I see in the newsletter that I'm not alone about misjudging that though.

From the newsletter it seems there are a lot of action going on around the ...

Does a player position own the County Shire votes in the Commons listed in the rules (p42-43) that relate to the counties owned ?

Is this control direct to the names head of household, or does the player need ...
