    Total War! Empty Total War!

Post by revvaughan Mon Aug 25, 2008 5:46 am

I am interested to know what you guys think about this new game that is not out yet. The reason I ask that way is this... Have any of your ever played any of the other Total War simulations. I have not, but from the few people I have talked to they appear to be good.

    Thanks,

    C. R. V.

I don't think it will be out until Feb of 2009, but it looks as though it is going to be very interesting? I will be interested to see how the Multiplayer works on this one.

Well. I've read some reviews about the game and it turned out to be fine.
The game was one of the much awaited game of the year. But the game
has it's downfall. Some gamers are against the reviews released about the
game. Anyway, gamers set their standards on how to rate games.

I enjoy the game when I get a chance to play. However, I wish it could be turn based with each of the majors being played by an individual instead of the computer. I find that the AI is too simplistic at times.

I have just bought a new PC and hinted that Empire Total War would make a great birthday present for next month. Is it purely a battle simulation or can you control the economy as well?

CoH is not bad some times a tad hard, but worth a go, I believe you can but the whole series quite cheap now. Close Combat is one that is quite old and you can find it very cheap as well.

I believe that I have Close Combat... I will have to look into my filing cabinets in the shop to see if that is there.
