Spies

I understand spies can only be recruited in the May of each year and only 5 per year... or is that 5 in total? Once gained can you move them around or are they stuck to one location?

Hi James, i think it's 20 in total, 5 per year...thats a lot of orders, can anyone really be that devious??

I have always thought the limit was 12 but in the book ther eis no limit set although I suppose the more you have the eaiser it is to compromise them. 5 a year is the limit on being raised.

no once raised in a country say France they can only operate in France, spies will be local people recruited by you to work as your agents so if you no longer need him you cancel him as the book says there may be a chance he is fed up and oges and tells the ppl he was spying on, but never seen that yet.

If you want him to spy on the docks instead of operating in say Paris you have to order him to go there and do it.
