My economy improved from stinky to just bad, and if I keep finding errors that screw me and point them out to Richard, I may eventually catch up to some of the older players in Honor! Smile

I have always found the economic side of the game the hardest to master. Even investing large amounts of money and recruits doesn't always seem to work though I usually don't play the 'natural' trading nations and I think there is something somewhere in the rules that says the 'naturals' (England, UDP, etc) have an in-built trade advantage?

I suspect that is probably true. I guess I might have a sense of it in a few years since I'm playing a natural trader in game 8.

Too many moving parts though, so hard to zero in on what moved it for me, since I was doing lots of things.
