Can Fortress Cannon drill? They're sort of listed separately from the rest of the troops, so I just assumed not, but now I'm thinking they ought to be able to.

To my knowledge they can. Mine all show that they are drilled to "x"

Yes fortress cannon can drill.In the same way troops can.

Thanks. Makes sense, just somehow the way they're listed almost as equipment it didn't initially occur to me.
