Rules say that if you have a slave trade, with your income report you'd get the price you pay for slaves. Is this part of the economic report we no longer get, or do I just have an oversight from the GM (since I didn't get it...)

Re: Game 8/Slavery
I take it from the many views but resounding silence that nobody with a trade in slaves has seen a price for slaves on their income statement?

Re: Game 8/Slavery
You must ask your ministers to get this information. At least so does it work in other games besides game 8.

Re: Game 8/Slavery
Well, the rules say that it is supposed to be on your turn, that's why I asked. though so many things have changed since they've been printed it's hard to know if it is just no longer given, or if it was an oversight.
From the Gentleman's handbook, page 4:
"If you trade in slaves, the price on the annual income sheet will show the price it costs your slavers to buy at."

Re: Game 8/Slavery
It looks like the rule is no longer given. Never see it on my income sheet the last 4 years.

Re: Game 8/Slavery
Well, the rules seem more like 'guide lines"
With some important linguistic nuances. For instance, if the rules say ".. but whether this actually helps is open to question" that means it absolutely helps hugely and you must do so at once!
