I just got this by email. It was well worth it for me, since I have all the maps in one place, and I got the maps of areas that I hadn't gotten before.

Yes. He announced it this morning, and given the time zone difference I managed to make a request within minutes of the email and so got the PDF from AGEMA at once. I imagine if you don't want to spend the 4 pounds for the PDF you can just wait and you'll eventually get all the maps with the paper, but I figured it was worth it to me to have them all in one place, and to have them NOW! (delayal of gratification isn't a strength of mine :-)

I added a suggestion to Richard that I'd personally love to see this updated by game, though I don't know that it's feasible. It would be nice to know how the borders have shifted in some of the older games!

    Here's the email:
    ****************************

Two new products are being released by Agema, both related to our game The Glory of Kings (La Gloire du Roi) but also of wider interest:

OVER THE HILLS & Far Away, is a full length 220-page novel of High Adventure set in the world of the early 18th century! There is a war on, petty thieving to be done, and yet even a petty thief can end up embroiled in high political machinations conceived by one of France’s leading generals. Travel with him to witness the battles of Blenheim and Schellenberg, and become embroiled in spying and poisoning, not to mention a kidnap or two! Identities are swapped, the hangman’s noose looms large, and yet our hero also has to deal with ghosts, witches, witchfynders, fanatics, duelling, robbery, conspiracy, romance, insanity, and gets involved with identity swapping and much more! If you like a great adventure in the manner of the Three Musketeers, this most certainly is for you!

The official release date is 25th November 2011, at which point it will be available in print form or as a download via Agema’s website, however for our current players we’re letting you buy it early for £7 as a download, or £30 to buy it as a printed trilogy. If you’d like it now just reply to this email saying which you want and we’ll debit your account and send the download or post the books out you on the next working day – or perhaps earlier if we see your email in time!

There are plans to eventually make it available for Kindle as well.

The Glory of Kings ATLAS ~ We’re also releasing a fully set of campaign maps for the 18th century which contains all 25 maps used in The Glory of Kings, and includes all the latest updates of these maps. The release date for the printed version or download on the website is 9th December 2011, but current players can buy the download version now for £4, or in its print form for £13, again if you’d like this reply to this email saying which you want and we’ll debit your account and send the download or post it out to you next working day or earlier.

ALSO in the pipeline for release Spring 2012 is JASTA, a WW1 dogfighting PBM/PBEM which puts you in charge of a German Jasta or Allied Squadron!
