I personally think the look is fine.
More engagement would be nice, but for that to happen, I'd think we'd need to see Richard more active.
If he posted some things here, or answered some questions, then I think that more players would be inclined to show up.
I try to find topics to keep things going, but with not wanting to share too much, and not being able to talk in character, options are limited.

true, without broadening the scope from Agema to PBM it is limited to the players.
