Turn 2

ok lets hear about turn 2 when it comes out....

Turn arrived, best bit is the audio message. It seems like the newsletter in that there are hints and tips in it. It would be interesting to know who the voice actors are.
A lot of the players seem to be chasing a derelict spaceship which is reported to have an infection aboard.......
I would imagine that this could be a game which builds up over time.

any one else care to comment?

Also seems some players are trying to ram others, at least that's the way my turn reads...an 'anomaly' is giving off an SOS...and I've made contact with my stowaway who needs to learn a few manners...

Can not find my crew, my Ships Broker is probably on a wanted list.

Have been knocked out by a telepathic attack and had my pistol pinched.

But on the plus side I still have a coat.

From the news,  fighting still going on in variouse locations on Earth,  big businss concerned about pirates, privateers going to be commissioned to hunt  'black listed' criminals. Variouse stories to investigate or potential employees and enemies to watch out for.

My main choice seems to be between chasing a sunward moving,  possibly  biohazard derlilict  which will place me in immediate conflict with the TSF and anyone else intrested in salvage or going to Aberdeen spaceport to look for a real job......

Interesting views. I can see who is about and got the recent broadcast by another player. As to who I am....... 👻

So I jumped into this game and just got my start-up situation. Is it be possible (and non rule-breaking) to get a copy of the media cast mentioning pirates and privateers? I guess I missed that with starting a couple turns late.

I noted on my sheet that my ship is at a lofty 95% integrity and I have some cargo and equipment not listed in the rulebook sample sheet... It's likely the ship status is semi-randomised and that your stated career may affect what you begin the game with.

In contrast I have stretched a couple of small facts into a writers of Star Wars type story line.

If its not that type of Movie I think I am the first dead character in the game

its not how you die , its how much salvage you leave behind possibly not much in my case looking forward to seeing how this pans out
