The Three Musketeers Empty The Three Musketeers

Post by Guest Wed Oct 05, 2011 10:19 pm

Has anyone seen the new film yet...or at least the trailers for it? It's a bit before Glory's time of course...but they have armed airships in it, do you think Richard might let us develop them in game? Very Happy

    Warning-this post may contain nuts...

    Can you imagine it?

The Glory of Kings: Steam-Punk Edition

    Teleporting Ninja Armies!

    Air Ships, Overgunned!

Rocket Powered Ships of the Line!

    The Duke of Marlborough, Reanimated!

    French Submarines on the Thames!

Cardinal Richelieu, The Undead elected Pope!

(I am looking forward to this movie. It looks like it will peg the crazy meter, shamelessly!)

    That's brilliant Very Happy

The Chinese would have rocket armed airships-can take you out with a single hit with their explosive warheads but due to the unpredictability of their path, might shoot themselves down...

...whilst the English has mobile forts powered by Mr Newcomen's enhanced engines...

We went to see it this weekend.

It was off the charts crazy stupid, and very fun.

If you are expecting anything than other than a coke-addled hollywood over-the-top movie, you will be disappointed.

Finally saw this film last week...clearly it was a serious historical drama...and I will be quoting it to Richard when in my next turns I start devolping air-ships... Very Happy

Problem is I now see Orlando Bloom as the English/British PM...in all Glory games... affraid
