No its an investment the more you invest the bigger the catch type thing. They do help in a famine as well BTW as another source of food....

) right. They are basically another trade investment so need recruits and money to establish. It's also worth, once you have established a fishing industry, assiging a few liners to support it (so effectively they become extra fishing boats).

yup like whaling you can research large whaler to stay longer at sea and catch more another income
