I need some help!!

I am trying to find my basic rules and suppliments for the game, but, it seems that the young gent who carried the box with the above mentioned documents, thought he had garbage and tossed the box in the dumpster! I know that I'm asking alot, but, would one of you send me an email with the costs for the basic types of ships? Especially Heavy & Escort Frigates, spies with latest costs etc., how much does it cost me to send various types of missions to other countries?

I'll have to order the basic rules and all the suppliments from Richard at the beginning of the month!
