Ok, am sure this has been asked before...but can't see it on the Forum...

What is the benefit of graduate farmers? I know if you have enough then you can have the "Norfolk System" introduced but is just having some a benefit to your agricultural economy?

I am not aware of any benefit other than being able to implement the norfolk system.

Trained farmers can be used to farm new land, after a forest have been cleared for instance. 1,000 farmers will increase the average yield by 5,000 tonnes.
