I am sure that once upon a time, the main rule book listed a "refuge camp" as a civic institution you could open bu in the 7th edition, I can't seem to find it. Does anyone else recall such a thing? If so, can they remember the costs and details?

Hi Jason,
There was such a thing but it's not in the book now. I've also checked the other supplements in case it has moved but they are not there either - having pdfs makes searching easier though I physically looked through the core book too.

Looked at my slightly older out of date set of rules p13 Refugee camps cost 10,000( can hold 100,000 people on a temporary basis)

Not 100% Sure but if you set up a Camp, it may make sense to alos put in some foodstuffs as well otherwise you may get Higher SL due to starvation, which may lead to unrest in the camp.
