Which are the Catholic Nations of Europe in 1700?

There are the obvious ones (to me);

France, Spain (including Milan and Naples), Portugal, Austria, Venice, and Poland

I am assuming the other Italian States Savoy, Genoa and Tuscany are Catholic.

What other states are Catholic in 1700?

Some of the German states attached to larger powers should also be Catholic, e.g.
Upper Guelderland, County of Luxemburg (Spain)
Archbishopric of Liege (Liege-Cologne)
Duchy of Lorraine ???? not sure, but probably Catholic
Archbishopric of Mainz (Pfalz)
Archbishopric of Salzburg (Austria)
Bishopric of Trent (Austria)
Bavaria
Flanders (I think given that UDP was formed as a Protestant rebellion against the southern provinces)
Part of Baden (Baden-Baden is Catholic, but Baden-Durlach is Protestant)
Some of the Swiss Cantons are also Catholic, but don't ask me which ones or what effect it has in the game!
