    I was up in Edinburgh a few weeks back and went to the refurbished Scottish National Portrait Gallery in New Town. They have an interesting gallery called the Wolfson Gallery dedicated to Jacobite paintings.

    It's a fascinating study of painting styles from the Glory period, well worth a visit if you are up there.
