Patrick "Wild" Cunningham would seem to be perfect for either the US or the German Navies in Scabble. As the German problem was dodgy equipment and Cunninghams torpedo worked the US Navy would seem to be his true home.
To try and carry the theme into yet another game I have sent off an application to join Regime Change as Willis Faber (?) with the good ship Olympic.
And before anyone says anything about Greek Ships bearing gifts...........the Olympic was the sister ship of the Titanic & Willis Faber were the insurance brokers. Now what was that about people not wanting to share the same sector as my characters?

I look forward to reading of his Scramble exploits then
But interesting Stuart as we have both chosen 'historical' names for our ships and characters...I'll not say if mine has any more basis in 'history' than the name

There is a theory that the White Star Line was getting short of money so they send the partially finished Olympic instead of the Titanic, they with the orders that she should sink so they could claim the Insurance money, So Jason are you playing a dodgey Insurance man with an unspaceworthy ship? Do you have enough space suits for all the crew in case you strike an asteroid?

I dont mean to worry anyone but my reading of the rule's mean that all starting ships in Regime Change start with:
1) The Ships computer on the blink
2) Space for 8 passengers/crew but only 2 space suits
3) 1 single person escape pod......broken.
Fairly sure that flying such an unspaceworthy craft will break the terms and conditions of most insurance policies and leave the owners exposed to liability claims if anything goes wrong!
