An Academic Question

Another query from this total newbie - the rule-book on Academies says that they train 1,000 men a year. Does that mean I have to assign 1,000 Recruits if I'm setting-up an academy - or will the students just turn-up out of the general population?

no say you build a mining acedimie, then you allocate 1000 recruits, in a years time you will have 1000 fully trained miners or in 6 months some averae trained miners, this also works for inf, cavlary, naval etc....in military speak it means that from a military accademy after a year you get 100 recuits which if made into inf battilions then are fully trained!

Ah, thanks for that. Another slow-down mechanism! (waiting for recruits to accumulate, and then training them). Cunning game.
