Question regarding game 2

Hi

as i have just take a position in game 2 i want to ask if someone can give me a short overview of the current situation in Europe please. Especially what is going on in Germany? It would also be nice if some of you can send me the newspapers of the last turns. That would be really nice.

Re Germanic, the Prussian has decisd that it is time to force all Germanic states to recognise him as the Boss and unite under onw administration.

Holland and the world are having a slanging match due to some actions by the Dutch.

The Muslims are having a bit of an infight as they decide who is THE supreme leader of them.

Please can you give me more information about the situation in Germany? As i am playing a state bordering Prussia it would also be nice to know which are the current alliances in Europe? And what have Holland done to upset the world.

i have just joined game 2, can anyone update the situation and how its developed to the present?

The world has been divided into those that wish to make war with Prussia over unification and those that wish not to. Oh... I forgot the others what wish to stay out of the war.

I assume from the previous posting that you are the French player? My further take on matters may prejudice you and therefore I should refrain from making them. I can tell you that the world has been aligned against the Dutch in the past and this has been mended by all parties. There is still trouble in the Muslim ranks and the Far East is rather quiet at the moment. If you have specific questions you can PM me and I will give what information I can.

Not yet. I'm hoping it will be here by the weekend which will give time to finish off game 8 turn.

What an interesting time to join as France! I have some big decisions to make pretty quickly, how exciting. I used to play Hanover and i could do my turn in a couple of days, but as France I have been at it for days and nights and I still cant fit it all in. My partner now thinks I have gone mad and i go to sleep dreaming of grand plans and battles.

i have bought about six books on warfare and france in the eighteenth century and my work is definately suffering, hurrah!

Before the turn arrived i had all these grand strategies, now i see im in the middle of a crisis - all eyes on Strasbourg...

Can anyone update me on what is going on in Northern Europe? Are Sweden and Denmark active? Does Sweden still own Pomerania, do they control Finland?

Sweden is active, but i am not sure about the remainder of the question.

I used to think those posting asking if other peoples turn have arrived were sad, but I now see i was wrong...i cant wait!! We need to clone richard at once.
