    I have a new theory.

    Were there any owls spotted near the explosion? If so, we will have clear evidence that that the orders to detonate were delivered by an owl.

    And if an owl, we know the chief conspirator attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft & Wizzardry...

    Which leads back to a Wizzard driven conspiracy.

    Hmmm...I would point out the only Wizard who spells it "Wizzard" is Rincewind, assistant librarian of Unseen University...the plot thickens even more...
