My email to Richard:
>>Just to clarify, I think this reads that this isn't a full turn. All you want from us is troop dispositions, and state appointments (ministers, ambassadors, etc.). Correct?
As an amusing side note, my wife says that I'm related to William Dampier. She's a family history buff.
<<
Richard's reply:
>>Well you can also write letters as normal and articles for the paper, but yes you're correct the first turn is deliberately restricted.
Regards,
Richard<<
I'd interpret that as just personalizing the set up a bit, and that your family and other details will come with the 'final' set up that includes the ministers/appointments you've made. I don't think you get to set your family up unless you're in a position where the history isn't really known.
